Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-08-03
This Privacy Policy applies to the Meal Mind mobile application and related services operated by DĄBROWSKIEGO SP Z O O, referred to in this policy as the Service Provider.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. This technical protocol data is not retained by the Service Provider and is not used for tracking.
Meal Mind may allow users to work with meal reminder times, Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner / Snack states, eaten or skipped states, personal meal notes, water intake logs, water goal values, quick-add entries, adherence percentages, active day streaks, two-week history, Water / Meals / Skips filters, daily breakdowns, and app settings. These routine records are not collected by the Service Provider through normal use.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from the mobile device.
Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?
No. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties, sold, rented, or used for advertising profiling by the Service Provider.
No accounts or authorization
Meal Mind and this public website do not require user registration, login, account creation, authentication, password reset, protected routes, user dashboards, admin panels, or subscription dashboards.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not retain personal data collected from normal use of the Application because the Application does not collect, log, or store personal information. Any meal reminders, meal notes, water intake logs, adherence values, streaks, history filters, daily breakdowns, and settings that exist inside the app are intended to remain local to the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email or another direct channel, the information you provide may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve support issues, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data Deletion
Because Meal Mind does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no server-side app account or personal app database for the Service Provider to delete. Users may remove local app information by using available in-app clearing options, if provided, or by deleting/uninstalling the Application from their device.
If you voluntarily provided information directly to the Service Provider, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@dabrowskiego.ink. The Service Provider will respond to deletion requests where required by applicable law.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. You may also stop using the Application at any time.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not collected by the Application through normal use.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure from normal app use is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it may hold through voluntary direct contact.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting app personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Changes to this Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent to material changes before they take effect.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
